Conflicts with another appointment warning but still puts appoint.

In Calendar, Appointment conflicts with another appointment in booking a room.
Warning comes up to this affect but still allows the booking to go ahead and
place it inthe calendar

Well, perhaps you should not book it. After all the computer did warn
you that there was a conflict, and the human is the one who makes the
decisions about scheduling after all!

You need to set the resource to not allow booking taken time. In Outlook on
the resource, Tools->Options->Calendar->Resource Scheduling.
