The creatives in our marketing department use Entourage as our primary PIM
client. Unfortunately, we can't connect to our server via a Cisco VPN client
to our Exchange Server when working remotely. Is there a certain way we
should configure Entourage? Anyone, please help.

Well, I use Entourage to connect to an Exchange Server too. All I did was
configure an account under "Tools->Accounts->Exchange" with the proper
settings given to me by our IT people and it worked fine.
