Connection Failure - Error -23012

I'm running Entourage X on OS 10.3.9, connected to an Exchange server. I
can get all my emails thru a webmail account no problem.

All of a sudden last week, I cannot recieve any emails. I can send
though. The Microsoft network guy here says he hasn't made any changes
on the server (find it hard to believe).

The pop up window I get says "Mail could not be reeived at this time"
The server account "" returned the error "The requested mailbox is not
available on this server.." Your username/password or security settings
may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?

The default account is an IMAP account, but i also have another IMAP
account that I receive no problem. The settings are identical (except
the email address).

I've tried a couple things...trashing Entourage's prefs, checking the
DAV security checkbox under advanced.

NOTHING is working! Please help.

That happened to me and once we changed all the information in the
account set up to the IP addresses vs. named servers it worked fine.

Nope, that didn't work for me. Thanks anyway.

Anyone else have a suggestion? I need to get this resolved ASAP.
