There is an add on product for XP called connector 2002
that allows outlook to access a notes server... Will 2003
have it's own version of connector and are there
enhancements?

Yes, Microsoft is working on a new version that will support both Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 and provide access to more recent versions of Notes and Domino.
