Consistent Folder Sizes in Microsoft Explorer

How can I program XP Home folders/sub folders in Explorer, to always open in
"Maximised" Format?
I understand the "Views" facility, but cannot find anything to solve the

I'm afraid Microsoft Project won't help you, and as that is the subject of
