Constraining arrows to data

I have a question about proportioning objects with certain data. I am
trying to size several arrows in PowerPoint according to cells in an Excel
file. For example, a cell that has data 100 will make an arrow twice the
size as a cell with data 50. Can arrows be constrained in this way?
