We are trying to change the form for contacts. We would
like to have the journal either set as a default when you
to to the Activities tab or else, change the contact form
so we can create journal entries for that contact directly
from the General tab. That way we hope to be able to
print out each contact individually as well as on a report
that shows what activities have occurred with each
contact. Hope this makes sense and someone can offer their
ideas on what to do. Also, is there an online tutorial
that takes you through this type of training step-by-step
that anyone is aware of?
