My CEO uses Entourage on an OSX laptop as his email client. His assistant
uses Outlook 2K on a PC, has full permissions to the CEO's mailbox and
routinely enters new contact info. When the assistant enters new contact info
on his PC and synchs it to the CEO;s BlackBerry 6750, the new contact info
appears in both the Outlook client and on the BlackBerry device. However, the
new contact info does not appear on the Entourage client. We're running
Exchange 2000 Server, Enterprise Edition as our mail server, and OWA is
enabled and running. Any suggestions?
