i have necessary to cancel the automatic international prefix of number
contact (outlook2000).

there because the sistem fax not appreciate to "+<prefics>. the program fax
hence devious number.

what i can do?

What you claim is not true. In fact, the opposite is. All Microsoft Fax
Services require international format. Proof:
