This problem started happening 2 days ago.
New contacts that are added to the contacts folder get
put at the end of the alphabetical list, even though they
don't start with 'Z'
For example, if I put in "Jeff Abbott" the Abbott gets
filed last in the list. Any contact letter I click on
(A,B,C,M,whatever....) goes to this new contact and not
one of these letters. It's strange.
I am using Outlook 2002 and Windows, with Asian language
support installed.
