Contact groups in public folders

I am using Entourage with Kerio mail server (it is configured so that
entourage thinks it is exchange.) I have set up public folders for my
contacts, but my new group option is grayed out. I have checked the
permissions, and I have full administrative rights to the folders. If
anyone has any suggestions as to why this would happen I would greatly
appreciate it.

Do you have an Outlook for Windows client that you could test with? If
you have the same problem then the problem lies with your server and
you'd need to consult with the makers of Kerio.
