Contact List

Hello,

I need to make my contact list an Outlook Address book,
but this option in the properties is greyed out. Does
anyone know how to get around this. Outlook 2003.

Tools | E-mail accounts | Add a new directory or address book

We already have the contact list in Outlook already
though.

No one knows what you mean by "contact list."

What if you have a Contact list set up and the
import/export is greyed out on Office 2003 and your
product is already activated and is a full version?? I
need to export into excel format for fax server reasons
but cannot do it with it this way. I've installed all the
options for Office and still nothing.

If import/export is greyed out, you have not installed the correct options.
