Contact Management Add On

I have the new standard office 2003 version and just read
about the Contact Managment Add On. I am very interested
in adding this on to my system. Does anyone know if you
can purchase this as an add on item or does it only come
on Small Buisness or Professional versions. I really
don't need all the extras that come with those but could
use the Contact Management part.
