I am trying to create a type of newsletter for a website i run. I have seen many newsletter scripts use things such as %name%. What i am looking for is some type of code that i could put in so that lets say Ruth is receiving this email:

Dear %name%,

Your Subscription has Ended, Please use the link below to re-register.

Sincerely,

Your Admin

Would look like this to her:

Dear Ruth,

Your Subscription has Ended, Please use the link below to re-register.

Sincerely,

Your Admin

Is there a way to do this?

There is, but you will need to use Word, or, more precisely, Word's Mail
Merge Manager. Look up that feature in Word's help feature to find out more
about it, and post back if anything is unclear. Once the document has been
set up in Word, you can pass it on to Entourage and proceed from there.
