Contact (Outlook Address Book)

Hi There
I have a user who's cancats see his contacts under the
global address book.If he goes to properties of the
contact and select the outlook address book then the "show
this folder as an e-mail address book is greyed out hence
we can't see it under the global address book.
What could be the problem here ?

Ensure that they have "Contacts" set up as an address book. Most-likely you will find this user is using a "personal address book" but not contacts.
