Two problems we're having with Microsoft Outlook 2000.
1) every once in a while, a contact (or a task) will
suddenly only appear as an email. It can be in a contact
folder with hundreds of other valid contacts, appear to be
a contact, but when opened, its a read only email.
2) some contacts work in the 'search' box in the title
bar, some dont. And it's strangly picky. I can normally
pull up a contact via it's particular company name, but
some, that won't work, i have to use the persons name..
and these aren't contacts that have multiple companies or
anything that could confuse outlook.
