Contact still showing when it is flagged as Hidden

Hi All,

I have a web application that updates the ishidden attribute on a contact to
True when the user clicks on an Archive button. The reason i do not delete
the contact is that users wants the ability to re-activate the contact once
it is deleted. The contacts are created in a public folder on the Exchange
server.

The issue is when the users views the contacts from Outlook by browsing to
the public folder, they still see the contact flagged as Hidden??

Is there anything that I am not setting on the contact?

The application uses WebDav to send queries to Exchange.
