Contact Syncing Woes

I am having a problem since upgrading to 2008. Previously with 2004 I was syncing contacts between Entourage and Address Book.
I have selected the option to Sync in Sync Services in the preferences and the contacts from Address Book turn up in Entourage. So far so good. The problem is that after a few minutes the contacts in Entourage Double giving me two sets of contacts, then 4 sets then 8 sets... you get the idea. I have checked the Mac Sync database and the contact information is correct. This seems to be an issue internal to Entourage. Calendar is Syncing with out issues.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?

I have upgraded on my MacBook and have Address Book and .Mac syncing with my PowerMac at home. The home system is not running Entourage.

Your Sync Services Truth database may be hosed. Have you tried resetting it?
