You're mixing two key words here Contacts and address book. Which are you
using and which are you set up to use?
When you select To... (double click it) can you show names from Contacts?
If not, you need to set up your contacts to show in this list.

i ADD A CONTACT to my address book and then goto NEW email message, and
click on TO, the person doesnt appear... i noticed its only this single
contact.... any ideas? its saved to the correct and only address book...
please advise!
