Hi all. Has anybody ever had any success getting ahold of somebody at
MapLabs? I want to purchase their Mail Merge Toolkit, but am unfortunately
having a problem with it that is stopping me from making that purchase.
I've sent them 3 or 4 emails and a fax, and have yet to receive a reply from
them (my first was almost a month ago). For being a product that is
apparently widely used and liked, their concept of tech support seems to be
non-existent.
The problem I'm having, just in case someone here can help, is that when I
go do my mail merge, there SHOULD be an option for HTML as the mail format.
I only have 'HTML - Filtered', and 'HTML Attachment'. When I try to send as
HTML-Filtered, the email comes through to the recipient as literal HMTL
markup! Unacceptable, of course. Any ideas?
