Hi,
I am using Outlook 2003 in a Windows XP environment.
When attempting to either copy and paste or type in a phone number in the
phone-number field of a new contact, a Location-Info. dialog box suddenly
appears. I tried to get rid of it by clicking the cancel button in the dialog
box but after doing so, a Confirm-Cancel dialog box appeared, confirming my
attempt to cancel. When I click the Yes button within the second dialog box,
I am brought back to the Location-Info. dialog box.
I had to end the task to get out of the cycle of dialog boxes. Every time I
try to enter the phone number, this keeps happening to me today. It did not
occur yesterday, which was my first day at this new job. I also tried a hard
shut-down followed by a start-up without success.
Since I really need to get the phone number into the phone field and send a
copy of the contact to my boss, please help me figure out what is going wrong!
Thank you.
