I recently upgraded to Outlook 2002 and migrated all my
contacts from my 2000 database and had problem trying to
find the email addresses whenever I click on the "To, Cc &
Bcc" icon. A pop-up "Can't contact LDAP Directory Server
(81)" appears. Only after I scroll down the "Active
directory" to "Contacts" then I'm able to double click on
the contact that I wishes to send the mail to. What must
I do to reduce the steps and time taken to allow it to
work like the 2000 version or even better to work like OE6.
