contact's address can't dynamic search in TO box

That's because autocompletion has nothing whatsoever to do with your
contacts. If you see the first address but not the second, then clearly
you've sent a message to the first one and, so far, not the second one.
That cache simply remembers the most recent 1,000 addresses to which you've
sent a message. It doesn't access Contacts.
