The answer provided in the 6/7/2005 post from MVP to another customers post
answers my question (sadly, as I have +4400 contacts) however, what is the
reference to KB? Can a macro be used to change the view? Is there any other
fix other then going into each record and selecting view as: Company, Last,
First?
