Contacts and calendar appear as mail folders

I am sure someone has dealt with this before, but I am running Panther,
OfficeX, and I am plugged into our company's exchange server. The mail,
sent items, deleted items, etc. all appear fine, but the contacts and
calendar appear in entourage as simply mail folders. Does anyone know what
I need to do to get them to appear correctly? Thanks very much.

Tip: On the exchange server IIS interface. Make sure in properties of the
default web site, on the Web Site tab, "HTTP keep-alives enabled" is checked.
Once this is done, all Entourage clients free/busy info is updated and can
schedule appointments seeing user data on exchange.
