Contacts as Address Book

I am trying to get my Contacts list to appear in my Address Book when I click
"To" to send an e-mail. The drop down is blank. I went to Properties for
my Contacts list, but the option to choose it as my Address Book is grayed
out.

What can I do?

Normally that means that the Outlook Address Book service isn't part of your
current profile. What version of Outlook are you using?
