Contacts Group export

I have formed a Contacts Group within the My Contacts folder of Outlook 2007
and wish to E-mail just that Group to a colleague. Is this possible? If so,
how or do I have to export the whole contacts file?

Outlook doesn't use Groups - it uses Distribution Lists or Categories. Which
have you created?
