Contacts in contacts folder dont show up in address book

When trying to send an email, some of my contacts in the contacts folder-- I
have created, do not show up in the same address folder in address book....

Have you enabled that folder as an address book?

If you mean going through properties and checking "show this folder as a
email address book" Yes, it is checked. But what is odd, is that some of the
contacts in that folder, don't show up when emailing.

The only contacts that will appear in the Address Book are those that have
email addresses or FAX numbers. Contacts that have neither don't show.

Well, all of them have fax numbers and I was trying to fax through the server.

I do not see Address book in properties and when I try to mail, it shows
address as empty
