Contacts in Outlook

I am a Mac user, but have to use a PC and Outlook at work. We are having a
problem at work with our contacts that I know how to correct in Entourage,
but cannot find out how to correct in Outlook:
Go into your preferences. Got to mail and news preferences. Choose
"compose". At the bottom is a checkbox for recent addresses. It also has
a button to clear the list. That's where you wanna be.

This is in 2004, but I'm pretty sure it was the same in X...

This is the problem we have in Outlook. Does it work the same way as
Entourage? Is there a place to clear this list, or is it completely
different? How do we get rid of the unwanted, outdated addresses? Thanks.
