Contacts Issues

I am experiencing 2 "new" issues with Entourage ('08 version). Can anyone help with suggestions on resolving them?

- I have added pictures (photos) to several contacts in my address book.
Now I find that I can not remove the pictures per the MS documentation.

- The "Private" selection box in contacts is shaded and not available

Click and hold on the picture. Drag to trash can on the Dock. Save!!!

You can mark contacts and events as private only if you are working in a
Microsoft Exchange account address book or calendar.

Do you have both POP and Exchange?

You can mark contacts and events as private only if you are working in a

Thanks for the info on the "Private" function. Unfortunately, deleting the photo procedure you provided which is the same as the MS docs, does not work. I can drag the object (photo) to the TRASH, but it will not deposit it as it should.
