Contacts missing from "select names" list when sending mail

When sending an email if I go to "select names" there are
contacts missing. However, they do exist in my contacts.

Help!

Tell us which ones are missing. You must provide at least some clue to
permit troubleshooting. Please include your Outlook version, how your
Outlook Address Book is configured, and how many Contact Folders you have in
your Outlook profile.
