CONTACTS - Multiple Folders

You can create as many Contacts Folders as you wish, but only the default
folder can remain the default. Plan accordingly.

What Russ said is correct, but you can have addresses resolve first from
whatever contact folder you wish, even if it's not the default Contacts
folder, by adjusting the search order in Tools>Options within the Address
Book interface.
