Contacts not available / Downloaded into Entourage

Email Client: Exchange

Mail seems to be downloading/syncing from exchange, however the contacts do not.. I thought connecting to exchange was a one connection gets all.. and am not certain how to trouble shoot..

THe odd thing is that the subfolder of my contacts are created however no contacts in them either.. Also on my calendar and contacts main folder their is a green checkmark..

That's correct with regard to mail, calendar events and contacts.

Does this happen on a different Mac?

If you enter the same address you're using for your Exchange Server into
Safari, do you see the same thing? If your address is:

server.example.com

then enter into Safari:

http://server.example.com/exchange

The green checkmark simply means that is your default calendar and contacts.
