Contacts not being recognized

When sending to contacts from the address book they are coming up grey
(not recognized). Even though if you point to them you can see the
email address in the pop up box. If I right click on the name and copy
address I can then paste that and it resolves it fine and I can send
the email. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you be a bit more specific. Give the EXACT steps to reproduce your
problem. You can also post a screenshot link using a service like
ImageShack. ImageShack is an easy-to-use free media hosting service. It can
be used to upload images. Registration is not required in order to upload
