Contacts not displaying when creating a message

I have a user who is experiencing a problem I haven't seen before. When he
adds a new entry in the Contacts folder, it does not show up when he
composes a new message and attempts to select the contact's name in the
select name dialog box. All his other contacts are present, just not the
newly created contact. I have checked the contact and everything else I can
think of. Everything seems to be in order. If anyone can give me some
insight in to how to correct this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

Usually means user is creating the Contact in a folder other than the one he
is displaying in the Outlook Address Book. Examine the profile.
