i'm a recent pc->mac convert. have the new macbook pro w/office 2008.
I'm working off of an exchange server that has my 7000+ contacts neatly arranged in various Contacts folders (about 15 sub-folders below Contacts). I expected Entourage to seamlessly suck them all up into entourage maintaining the same folder structure.
The structure showed up in entourage, but no contacts!! Zip, nada.
If I add a contact in entourage, it does show up on the exchange server
And if i add a contact on the exchange server, it shows up in my entourage client.
But none of the previously existing contacts on the exchange server have arrived in entourage.
Help!?
