Hi,
I have set up a client with a Mac at her home to connect to her company
Exchange server over a VPN connection. She is able to send and receive
email with no problem. All of her folders appear to sync properly with
the Exchange server (Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items etc) except for
Contacts. She is completely up to date with all Mac and Office updates.
What is also strange is that all her contacts email addresses appear to
be cached in Entourage even though she has never used the application
(I just installed it today so I know this to be a fact.) I also noticed
that Entourage showed a message saying it was syncing contacts for a
long period of time but when you go to the contacts folder, it is blank
I also set up her G4 notebook and I'm having the exact same problem.
I see that a lot of people are having similar issues but I have not
been able to find the solution to the problem.
