I didn't realize almost this same problem was addressed
here 5 days ago - sorry about that! At any rate, one of my
assistants exported this person's contacts to a file,
deleted all entries, then imported them all back in. The
person can now access the Outlook address book, though I'd
like to know what caused the problem in the first place.
Can a single entry become corrupt? (She's using Outlook
2000, FYI.)
