"Contacts Properties" \Outlook Address Book

Is there a way that you can set up in the "Contacts Properties" \Outlook
Address Book to have the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" set to
be always Checked off by default...

Even for a new user that will Log onto a system for the first time.

I was using a MST to install Office 2003 and I want to find some sort of a
setting or something that will always do this....

As long as the Outlook Address Book service is in the profile, the user's
default Contacts folder should be checked by default.
