Contacts/Tasks

We have an assistant who keeps contacts and tasks in
public folders on Exchange Server 2000. Her manager would
like any contacts or tasks to be automatically loaded in
to his personal folders (he has a laptop and wants the
info to go with him). Is there anything we can use to do
that?
