Contacts to address book in Express

I have set up Outlook so I could try it..but I don't like
it. I want to take my address book out of OUtllok and
get into OUtlook Express. The problem is that I have set
it up in OUtlook as CONTACTS. How can I get address book
to Express.

Export to a file format OE can use, like CSV for example.
