I recently copied a .pst file with all my personnal folders.

In the past I just imported my .pst file and my CONTACTS came with it.

Now I try to do it and just get my personnal folders.

How to I import my CONTACTS that I've built up over the years.

Importing is never the correct to transfer Outlook data. You'll most likely
mess up and lose data like you did.
Just reuse the PST file. I can't tell you how because you failed to post
your Outlook version.
