It is somewhat sporadic. When starting on office application, such as word.
It will allow me to type sometimes other times will crash immediately. It
gives the dialog box "Microsoft Publisher has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." About 3 out of 4 times I try
to print, I get the same error.
