I am trying to import Outlook Express 5 e-mail from our old office IMac
to our new EMac which uses Entourage X.
The Outlook Express mail goes back to 2000. For some reason I cannot
get Entourage to import mail beyond the end of 2002 or to populate the
folders which it does import.
There are two user identities in Outlook Express. So far I have tried
(i) copying the identities to an external hard drive and manually
importing them into Entourage X (ii) copying the MS User Data folder
from the IMac onto the EMac. Neither method has worked. The first gets
me mail through 2002, the second gets me nothing.
Obviously we can't use the new computer effectively without the e-mail
import so I am incredibly frustrated.
