Control Outlook Stationery Folder

Sir,

I want to make an application in which WE 'll give CDs to
our clients. The CDs will have a folder containg some htm
files. On running the CD the setup should install the file
from CD -Folder to the Staitonery folder on the system by
dynamiclly picking the stationery folder in the system
(C:/ D: / E:/ drive) any.

Copied HTM file should also become the default stationery
for new mail messages .

How could i achieve thsi . Please reply me back.
