Controlling focus order

I have a set of continuous subforms which have a button that launches a
pop-up form with continuous forms. In the openform sub I manually set the
focus to be the first control in the current record of the pop-up form. The
problem is: when I hit 'tab' the next control to be highlighted is in the
next blank record. How do I change it so that the next control on the
*same* detail is highlighted.

BTW, this list has been extremely helpful. Thanks to everyone who has given
me a hand. When I know a little more I'll try fielding a few questions.
