Controlling size of new window

How does one control the size of a window when they click
a hyperlink that opens a "new window" Target Frame? I want
to open a window that is small to display one paragraph of
text, such as a refund policy and I would like the address
bar to be invisible, such as when you click the "good
articles" link on the top right paragraph at this link:
http://www.websitetips.com/info/css/intro1

It's probably real simple, but any help or online tutorial
would really help me. Thanks!

I recommend it. Has worked fine for me when I needed the
