Convert Lotus Notes to MS Outlook 2003

I recently retired and would like to convert my old Lotus Notes emails to MS
Outlook 2003. The email database resides on my personal computer. My Lotus
Notes ID will be expiring soon and would like very much to convert them to
Outlook. Is this possible?
