Converting a form into a worksheet

I have 3 worksheets in my workbook. On worksheet one there is one form
that is copied down ten times. I need to be able to convert the
information in that form into the two following worksheets. I cannot
make one formula on worksheets two and three and drag the formula down
because the inoformation in the form is not on consecutive lines. How
can I write this formula so that it will be able to drag down in
worksheets two and three?

post some more details in which cells exactly your information is.
Maybe an OFFSET formula will work then
