Converting Contact Management from ACT to Outlook

Are there any resources that provide a comparison detail
of which program is best for contact management? We
currently use ACT for all of our contact management, but
use Outlook Express for email purposes. We would like to
learn if Outlook has the same features as ACT and if it
would be beneficial to convert. Any feedback is greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

I have had no luck in modifying the template for the

contacts in Outlook with Business Contact Manager 2003.
It is worthless w/out the capability to be tailored to my
business. If anyone knows of a way, PLEASE email me.
